We are back from our trip to Vietnam. I have to say that it was one of the most enjoyable trips I have ever taken and I am now finding it very difficult to settle back into work here.

Your professionalism and expertise made Hillel’s first international trip a huge success. Thank you for the care and dedication you demonstrated in attending to even the smallest details.

I would just like to report back that the 2010 trip to Costa Rica was a great success! The kids really enjoyed it, both (etr tour leaders) Alvaro and Diego were excellent, and they both were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the things we did and saw, and they also had a great manner with the kids. Hotels, activities and food were all really good and appropriate. I have to say it is very hard to pick a favourite part, as the whole thing was incredible!

Our trip to France in November was extremely well done considering we only starting arranging the trip in mid-September. (etr tour leader) Luc was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that he enjoys leading group tours. I thought the trip was well laid out and organized. Just a short not to thank you and mention that the CAC WWW ‘Historic Russia’ 2010 trip was perfect. I would like to compliment David on his patience and this concern for our 17 students. His understanding of students and of Russia was a true benefit to our group.

Also both our Russian guides, Valentia in Moscow and Katya in St. Petersburg were ‘amazing’ and just outstanding with the group. The group loved both of them.
