Testimonials

We understand that just as no two teacher’s desired outcome for a program is exactly the same, so we never create the exact same itinerary twice

Thank you, everything went well.

We very much enjoyed our time, and (etr leader) Lizette was amazing. The students had a great time, and the snow was a nice surprise. We were happy with the organizing of etr. The location of the hotel was amazing and perfect for our outings and for access to the mall for food court lunches etc. Vaclav’s city tour and the National gallery tour guide was super.

Lizette was very flexible and had everything organized. The students loved the graffiti workshop as well and had a fabulous time overall. Thank you and etr for great communication and customizing our trip to our needs. Thank you again, we had a great experience..

KM and her art students explored Prague in February 2019

As is tradition, this trip was successful on many levels.

The students and the chaperones were all amazed by the hospitality provided by (etr leader) Craig. There wasn’t one aspect of the trip that we could complain about. Every activity, the service, the food, the hotels…all exceeded our expectations. The safari/game reserve was a huge highlight, and given the beautiful grounds and the opportunities, I would suggest two nights for high school groups. The two days of surfing was much appreciated by the students and me. Craig has found a unique balance with this particular trip–guidance, independence, guidance…repeat…that is the perfect combination for high school groups. Thanks to him for a safe, enjoyable, life-changing trip!!

We all had a great time and Kent is great.

All the kids loved (etr leader) Kent and he really works hard to make sure everyone was happy and safe. The kids loved the food. Overall, the activities were a good balance of culture and fun, and yes the last day at the beach was a perfect ending, all of us really enjoyed it.

GC & JK took a group of students to Andalusia in March/April 2019

We had a great time in Italy

As far as feedback, I thought that (etr leader) Angelica was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and her personality fit into our group very well. All in all, it was a great trip.

Thank you for all of your efforts and assistance in setting the trip up. I know that our group will have lasting memories of the experience

RR and his students explored Rome in March 2019

We appreciated the meticulous preparations.

Both tours were great as usual and we appreciated the meticulous preparations. Flamenco course was excellent. The students were very engaged. Both etr Prigram Leaders were good, as usual. Hugo got complimented for his engagement with the students.

Thanks again for your hard work, for your flexibility in adjusting to all our suggestions and for an open communication. I am looking forward to our next trip.

AK and her 100 Middle School students explored Andalusia with etr in June 2015

The trip was fantastic.

The students had a wonderful time and Lizette (our etr leader) was brilliant. The students really liked her and they were really interested in all her knowledge about Berlin. They were constantly asking questions as they wanted to know more and she was more than happy to answer them and give further information. I too found the visit really engaging and eye opening. Considering they dealt with pretty heavy topics they remained upbeat which shows how well organized the trip was, so thank you. Her knowledge of how to navigate Berlin was also very impressive.

Thank you for organizing such an amazing tour

The amount of emails I have had from students and parents thanking us for the Jordan trip and saying how it was a trip of a lifetime is overwhelming! Every single student came home happy (sad for leaving) and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. (etr guide) Raed was amazing, the students loved him. He was knowledgeable and took the time to learn their names, interact with them and speak on a personal level with them.

(etr leader) Stephen undoubtedly made the trip what it was. From the very beginning he was welcoming, friendly, kind, funny and caring. Not only did he make the trip a pleasure for the teachers due to his energy and willingness to support and care for the students, but he became part of the CSS family. The students adored him and were genuinely sad to say goodbye

I cannot thank ETR enough for ensuring the students had the best trip. All activities and hotels were well planned and the food was FANTASTIC and it was just simply amazing.

SJ and her High School students ventured to Jordan in March 2019

A life changing experience

All in all, it was an awesome trip. Our students had a life changing experience.

The schedule was great. The kids were active the entire time, every day. From a chaperone/teacher perspective this was great. The mix between service, learning and adventure was good.

(etr Program Leader) Craig was outstanding. He was really patient with the kids and had a lot of really great stories and knowledge about the history of the country. He genuinely engaged the students and helped them with whatever they needed help with. He also pushed them when things were difficult. He was a fantastic guy to have shown us around. Modest, quiet, super great guy. I can’t sing him enough praises.

Thanks for facilitating a wonderful trip for our students.

The trip to Washington DC was wonderful.

Good Afternoon Andrea,

As always, the trip (to Washington DC) was wonderful. The new hotel had a great area for us to gather to brief the kids on activities that was out of the way of other guests.

All activities went as planned. Excellent restaurant choices. We enjoyed (not the best word for a cemetery!) Arlington National Cemetery, Gettysburg as always, Mount Vernon, Colonial Williamsburg, the Chesapeake & Ohio National Park, and the US Capitol.

But the best part was having Kent as our group leader once again! It’s like seeing an old friend each year. the kids absolutely love him, and many said it was the best part of the trip.

Thanks Andrea, for once again giving us a great international travel experience!
