Overall, the trips went very well. Both guides were very good and everything went as planned. The hotels were good. I especially liked the one in Granada. Please thank our guides again and we would be happy to use them again next year.

It was a FANTASTIC trip and the kids and I are still talking about it. I met one of your colleagues at the NESA conference in Greece and made sure to let her know and to pass on to you that we had a great time. etr is perhaps the best tour company I have ever used for arranging school study trips.
