We had a great time in Rome. I think there was the right balance of traditional and less traditional sightseeing and the students seemed to enjoy the activities.
Lizette worked well with us and our students, she was always flexible and willing to help out in any way she could.
Our trip to Tokyo was a massive success and students had a great time. I am already considering an itinerary for next year and will get back to you soon about cooking classes, a possible trip to the base of Mt Fuji, and some other activities — I want to make Tokyo 2026 a blast!
I wanted to say that Kent and Stephen were the best etr guides I have ever had. All your guides were great but the responsiveness of these two and the way they made the trip smooth and easy for me as a trip leader was fantastic. I would go with them on another trip in an instant. They were engaging with the students as well as the chaperones. We really enjoyed the trip and the feedback I got from the kids and parents was fantastic. I really appreciate the hard work you and your company did behind the scenes that made this happen. My district was also very pleased that you were able to make those last-minute changes, and it did not affect our original pay structure. All in all, a fantastic trip and plan.
I have participated in six tours with etr since 2016 with students from the ACS. I have communicated countless times with the great folks in Lausanne and have always had enriching and amazing experiences with the etr trips.
I hope you are doing well. I would like to express my gratitude to you and Vikki for your hard work in making this amazing trip happen. The trip was outstanding, and we all enjoyed the place so much that I want to visit it every possible time. Also, I would like to thank Sakis and Thania for their hard work and their dedication. The food was amazing, the hotels, and all the historical places that we visited.

We very much enjoyed our time, and (etr leader) Lizette was amazing. The students had a great time, and the snow was a nice surprise. We were happy with the organizing of etr. The location of the hotel was amazing and perfect for our outings and for access to the mall for food court lunches etc. Vaclav’s city tour and the National gallery tour guide was super.
Lizette was very flexible and had everything organized. The students loved the graffiti workshop as well and had a fabulous time overall. Thank you and etr for great communication and customizing our trip to our needs. Thank you again, we had a great experience..
The students and the chaperones were all amazed by the hospitality provided by (etr leader) Craig. There wasn’t one aspect of the trip that we could complain about. Every activity, the service, the food, the hotels…all exceeded our expectations. The safari/game reserve was a huge highlight, and given the beautiful grounds and the opportunities, I would suggest two nights for high school groups. The two days of surfing was much appreciated by the students and me. Craig has found a unique balance with this particular trip–guidance, independence, guidance…repeat…that is the perfect combination for high school groups. Thanks to him for a safe, enjoyable, life-changing trip!!
(etr leader) Phillip was an excellent tour guide. We just returned last night and are quickly back in class. I’ll definitely provide some more detailed feedback early next week.
