Dear etr,

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the effort and support you and your
team have put into organizing our recent trip to Tokyo. The students had a blast and the
memories created will be cherished for a long time – Sumo was the highlight of the trip.

I also wanted to give special thanks to Stephen for his exceptional leadership
throughout the trip. He ensured that every detail went as smoothly as possible, and his
expertise was evident in how well everything was coordinated.

Overall, the experience in Tokyo was fantastic, thanks to your support and Stephen’s
exceptional leadership.

Once again, thank you, Greg, for all your help in making this trip possible.
