There has been lots of good feedback from the students about the Lugano trip. They enjoyed the mixture of activities and the teacher chaperones thought the guide was very good. And thanks for all your organization and all your flexibility with our last minute changes.

Just a quick email to say thanks for a fantastic trip. The two guides were once again superb… and all of your arrangements behind the scenes were perfect. The Flamenco dancers were a real highlight this year!

Dear Fanny and everyone at ETR,

All of our students arrived back at school this afternoon after a nice journey back on the train from Venice. We had a wonderful time and really appreciate the efforts you and your staff made to make the trip a success. Paola was a wonderful guide and really looked after us during the week.

I am already planning something similar next year. My current thoughts are Rome or possibly Florence! Or possibly New York. Or Buenos Aires. Or Siberia! I’ll let you know.

Dear Andrea,

I wanted to let you know that the HS administrative team, the trip leaders and myself were able to meet earlier today to debrief the Vietnam trip. I want to first of all congratulate you and your Vietnam team on a well-run trip! Aaron and Maribel had glowing reports on all etr staff, especially Hung (can we have him every time?!). Additionally, they felt that the information provided before the trip (itinerary, packing list, etc) was accurate and helpful and that they received timely responses in all communications. Although this is what we have come to expect from etr, it was nice to hear!
