What a trip! (etr tour leader) Hung did a fantastic job and the orphanage experience will be remembered by everyone. The closing ceremony was so very touching…everyone was in tears. Our kids feel really good about what they did.

Thanks for following our wish list and putting together such a wonderful WOW Week trip for our students.

The trip organized by ETR proved to be well managed and productive. The students, as well as chaperons had a great time visiting the different historical sites. The food was delicious and we got a real taste of the authentic French cuisine. Most of all, I appreciate your cooperative and accommodating attitude towards our various request changes.

Just a quick hi and thanks for etr’s service; the trip went very well and I will be responding to Fanny’s request for more formal feedback as soon as possible.

In particular, thanks for your prompt responses to my string of texts from the Eiffel Tower (great cell phone reception up there!) about the possibilities of a refund to the student who was unable to take part in the trip.

Our MS trips were a big hit thanks to you and your team. We are now looking at getting things going in the HS and naturally, ETR was the first option that came to mind.

This is an email to say a huge thank you on behalf the Vietnam field trip that took place between 17th-25th October this year.

The whole trip, from start to finish, was extremely well organized and thoroughly professional.

I have supervised many international field trips during my time as a teacher and this was up there with the best. The tour guides Hung and Huang were magnificent…they at all times put the safety and security of the students (and staff) first and were very insightful with their knowledge and had a great rapport with all of us – even when singing Karaoke!

I personally had a truly magnificent experience and loved Vietnam and I know that Mhairi felt the same way. Could you please pass on this email to Greg (the Director of etr) tours and ensure that our appreciation of the whole trip (and particularly the high caliber of the tour guides) is acknowledged by everyone at etr. I would recommend etr wholeheartedly and without reservation to any other school based on our experiences in Vietnam.

We are organizing a variety of ways to celebrate the trip and will keep you informed as those things unfold (including my interview by a Vietnamese TV and radio station at the Museum of Ethnology!)

Le voyage était vraiment super et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir avec nos guides, Xuyin et Ky, ils étaient vraiment intéressants, drôles et très humains. Le trek était vraiment magnifique, la nourriture excellente et l’organisation parfaite et flexible. We had a great trip. The etr tour leader Mari-Ann and the local guide, Angela, were excellent. I think that I have worked with Mari-Ann and Angela four times now, and I would be happy to travel with them again.

When Angela, Mari-Ann, and I parted after the trip, it was with these words: “Next year in Crete!”

The trip you arranged for us was great!!! We just got home last night and are still trying to recuperate. We must admit that we filled each day with so much that we walked 12-15KM each day (I measured it with a pedometer). The students loved it all, with each student having their favorite places (sleeping with the sharks, Sagrada Familia, musical fountain, etc.) – but one that seemed to be unanimously liked most was the zip line and ropes course.

You absolutely provided us with an excellent guide; Ana took great care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed every activity, no students got hurt or lost or pick-pocketed. She negotiated with the hotels, restaurants and shops to get us the best service. We would definitely request her services again.

In summary, we are very pleased with your company and look forward to using it again. We look forward to meeting you face to face at NESA in 3 weeks.
