(etr tour leader) Lizette was wonderful – conscientious, organized and charming. She got on well with the kids and with the adults. She also seemed to get on very well with other adults we dealt with – tour guides, drivers, hotel clerks. It was a pretty seamless (Krakow and Prague) trip. Ian and I both enjoyed her company and her work.

So, it was a great trip – thanks for all your planning and organising! …and having two local Russian guides made the tours much easier and more informative. We were even able to attend a ballet performance at a very inexpensive price, thanks to (etr tour leader) David’s negotiation skills! Unfortunately the ballet meant that we had to miss our visit to the Kids Club, but that was unavoidable. In St Petersburg all went perfectly!

Thank you so much for all your efforts putting together a great trip to South Africa for us. We were all struck by the natural beauty, cleanliness and great amenities throughout the regions we visited. As well, the people of South Africa were warm, hospitable and proudly showed off their country whenever the opportunity arose. The students had a fantastic trip, filled with powerful positive memories that will last a life time.

Thank you all your hard work and efforts in organizing our Paris Trip. The students had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed all the French lessons and sightseeing. The rooms and facilities were excellent and the location was perfect as a base to explore Paris.

Dear (etr tour leader) Alan,

I just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful week in Greece! The kids had a great time, and it was mainly because of the effort that you, Eirini and “Magos the Bus Driver” put in throughout the week. You guys consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our students had the best experience possible while in Greece. In fact, I cannot even imagine the trip without you, and hope that you would consider being our guide our trip next year as well! Thank you so much once again.

The Italy trip was wonderful, and the students all said it was the best trip they had ever taken. They were engaged in all the sites and truly were enthralled with Italy.

Meals were great – everyone enjoyed all the meals, which is always a plus when traveling with healthy, growing teenagers.

Accommodations were great – Lido Island was a lovely place to stay, and Hotel Maxim’s location was excellent.

The students enjoyed the Da Vinci Museum very much and spent nearly two hours there, viewing and interacting with his inventions. They sat for nearly an hour watching the video of Da Vinci’s life, which I must say pleasantly surprised us.

The local guide who took us through the Doge’s Palace was excellent!

Truly, everything was great. (etr tour leader) Sirah was very flexible and helpful. Randy and the kids wanted to attend an evening Tribute to Vivaldi, and Sirah was able to organize the logistics for the evening.

As always, ETR is the way to go!

Just returned from Paris with Paul G. with Jacques as our etr guide. His expertise and attention to detail are extraordinary and we had a seamless experience thanks to that. In addition, he was patient and flexible, adjusting his descriptions in French to the level of our students. He represents your company extremely well. We were lucky to have him.

I just wanted to thank you so much for organizing this trip. All went well, as was expected. The students really appreciated the activities and enjoyed every bit of the trip.

Luc was an excellent leader! He was great with the students – just the right balance of keeping them in line and adding a touch of humor. We appreciated his maintaining a good relationship with the bus drivers, hotel staff, and others he encountered. And probably most of all, we all really, really appreciated the excellent choices for the evening meals. He found restaurants that had both ambiance and good food. The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was both in a good location and the rooms were great.

(etr tour leader) Sirah was amazing! She continues to make the trip easy for us by smoothing the way the entire time. I truly appreciate the fact that she engages with the chaperons and students so wonderfully. She is also amazing with everyone we meet along the way to ensure that our group is treated well. She is a gem and I would not want to do this trip without her.

Thank you so much for managing to get the restaurant on the beach for the second night in Paestum. It was wonderful and I hope we’re able to do that again next year. It was one of the highlights for teachers and students alike.

I’m really pleased that you’ve been able to book both groups at Palace for next year. It was wonderful and the location is great. Sirah and I both had rooms that were tiny. I hope they were complimentary as I think they were closets before they changed them into single rooms. Everything else about the hotel made up for this.

All of our local guides were excellent once again. Would love to keep the same for next year. Pizzeria Franco was a great new addition! The Pizza School was once again excellent and a wonderful way to end our trip.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sirah and how wonderful she was on this trip. You are very lucky to have her working for you.
