etr is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. The types of information that etr gathers about its passengers depend on the relationship with the passenger, the circumstances of collection, and the type of service the passenger requests from etr. The personal information may include, but does not exceed:
- The passenger’s name, gender, date of birth, contact details, passport details.
- Any dietary requirements and health issues which the customer provides to etr.
etr will only disclose any passenger’s limited personal information to third party service providers as necessary and required for the safe, time efficient operation of activity / visit. This may include insurance providers, if contracted through etr, as well as airlines, rail and coach companies, etc. For travel insurance, only minimal personal information is provided, such as the name of the passenger, gender, date of birth, flight arrival and departure dates and destination.
etr collects no personal financial data or credit card information.
etr does not promote any third-party products and services.
etr will only store your personal data to the extent and as long as it is required for the performance of our services or as we are legally obligated. We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely when there is no longer a legal, business or customer need for it to be retained.
etr will not disclose any personal information provided to us to any outside companies, data processors (including operators of global travel distribution systems) or any customer service providers.
